- Payment Terms: Payment for the picnic setup must be made in full prior to the event.
- Refund Policy: Refunds will only be given in the event of cancellation by Cape Picnics. No refunds will be given for cancellations made by the customer.
- Weather Policy: Cape Picnics reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a picnic due to inclement weather conditions. In this case, the customer will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
- Responsibility for Property: Cape Picnics is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to any personal property of the customer during the picnic event.
- Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions: Customers must inform Cape Picnics of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. Cape Picnics will make reasonable efforts to accommodate these restrictions, but cannot guarantee that they will be able to meet every request.
- Set Up and Clean Up: Cape Picnics will be responsible for setting up and cleaning up the picnic area. The customer must ensure that the picnic area is clear of any obstructions prior to the setup.
- Use of Space: The customer must ensure that the picnic area is used only for the picnic and not for any other activities that may cause damage to the area.
- Alcohol Consumption: The customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for the consumption of alcohol at the picnic. The customer must also ensure that all alcohol consumption is in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations.
- Limitation of Liability: Cape Picnics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of South Africa.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions: Cape Picnics reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
